Hello, i was in a 17 day steroid program starting at 30mgs then tapering to just 10mg. At the end of the program, 6 days before my period was due i had terrible cramps and brown spotting for six days. My period never came. I had asked my doctor to do a blood pregnancy test a day after my period was due and it came back negative. Now another month has gone by with no period. Home pregnancy tests are negative. I had methyl prednisone shot once for my bad hip after powerlifting. I think the doc said it was a 40 mg shot. I had a bad reaction to it about 2 mins after I got it I felt my throat tighten and I felt like I was going to pass out. I recently noticed 2 months after the shot dots in the back of my throat- I have silent LPR diagnosed by ENT specialist about 2 years ago, so bad I might need my stomach sphincter tightened. I thought that was interesting- I also have to cough when I look up and stretch my neck.
